At Chrysalis Rejuvenation Clinic we offer a variety of laser hair reduction technologies, each offering unique benefits, to ensure the best option for your needs:
- LightSheer™ Diode laser – the gold standard in the industry. This time-tested technology is useful for skin types 1-5 and generally requires fewer treatment sessions than other systems.
- Alexandrite – this technology is used on skin types 1-3 and treats at 755 nm.
- Nd:Yag 1064 nm laser – safe on skin type 6 and also on tanned skin, this option is very fast when treating larger areas.
Note that no laser hair removal system can eliminate blonde, white or gray hair (despite what some manufacturers or advertisers may state). 80-90% of unwanted hair can be permanently reduced using laser procedures.
Because hair grows in phases, a series of treatments will be required – typically 6-8 treatments spaced 6-8 weeks apart. We offer laser hair removal procedures as a package to reflect this need.
